Welcome to Perfect Balance. My name is Claire Pretty and I am trained in Reflexology (City & Guilds – Level 3), Advanced training in Pregnancy Reflexology, Indian Head Massage (City & Guilds – Level 3), Natural Lift Facial Massage, Reiki (Stage 2) and Essential Oil Therapy.

For many years, I have had a love of all things natural and have myself benefited from using natural ways to heal and balance my body. I believe in the benefits of complementary therapies.

I offer a holistic approach to my treatments, giving my clients time for discussion and sharing ideas that might support and help them where needed.

I offer treatments from my home based treatment room which is situated upstairs. Parking is available on my driveway.
